Projects

Business planning

The first pilot hotel project is being prepared for commissioning, and the option of acquiring an existing hotel is being considered.

We started with small pilot projects to create approaches and a team to work in the hospitality industry. We divide the work of creating a hospitality facility into several stages: conceptual design; business planning and feasibility study of the project; conceptual and design engineering; coordination of the project with regional authorities and linking the project to the infrastructure; design; construction; commissioning; and organising work in the established hotel chain. At all stages, we engage highly qualified specialists and specialised companies.

We pay special attention to automating business processes and creating a single integrated management system for both individual hotels and hotel groups. For this purpose, we use well-known IT solutions for the hospitality industry and develop our own software solutions. Much attention is paid to the creation of our own room booking system.

Internet as an opportunity to orient the work of sales channels on their own Internet resources. Much attention is also paid to own management of sales channels, formation of effective pricing and marketing strategy, which will not depend on numerous global and alternative distribution systems (GDS / ADS), which try to simultaneously impose pricing policy and take 15% or even more of the revenue.

We are setting up our own global travel agency, which will be active in the travel market, offering primarily group-owned hospitality properties. There is a strong focus on liaising with airlines on bookings and other travel agencies.

In order to develop conceptual approaches, we are involved in both the development of hotels and the acquisition of existing ones. Our first projects are located in Central and Eastern Europe, where the hotel market is not yet saturated and the introduction of new technologies is very important.

Construction

Preliminary agreements have been reached with several European engineering and project management companies to develop detailed business plans for the project and provide the necessary financial plan.

Several agreements have been reached with European property and development companies with experience in building hotels, where and in which countries the hotels will be built.

Management

We envisage that a network of 10 to 20 hotels will be established in Europe and other attractive regions for tourists to meet the potential needs of the market for these services.

All hotels should preferably be located in favourable seaside locations, in attractive tourist areas, accommodating different numbers of guests and providing services for different levels of clientele. Hotel occupancy will range from 50-150-500 guests.

Acquisition of hotels

All hotels will be acquired in different countries with their own individual style and features.

The hotels will include many tourist attractions (water parks, fitness centres, sports fields, etc.). Most hotels will have bungalows or cottages to cater for the pickiest of clients. The hotels will be equipped for conferences, celebrations, corporate events, will have the necessary facilities, meeting rooms and conference halls.

It is also planned to buy out existing hotels in Central and Eastern Europe in need of renovation or repair (the company already has such offers). It is better to buy the above hotels rather than build them from scratch. The project also includes the construction of several rehabilitation and medical centres in Central and Eastern Europe.
